4. Event Sponsorship & Limited Information Sharing

Certain paid Dude Club events include official sponsors. When you purchase a ticket to a sponsored event, the registration information you provide (such as your name, email address, and event-related information) will be shared with that event's official sponsors for the following limited purposes:"

  • Communicating with attendees about the sponsored event
  • Providing event-related offers or communications
  • Following up regarding the sponsored experience

This sharing is strictly limited to sponsors of that specific event and only for the period reasonably related to that event. Sponsor communications will include an unsubscribe option. This information sharing is disclosed to you at the time of ticket purchase. Outside of these sponsorship-related communications, The Dude Club does not sell or distribute member information.

If you sign up for communications from The Dude Club, you may receive event announcements, community updates, product or merchandise announcements, marketing emails, and special offers. Your sign-up constitutes your affirmative consent to receive these communications. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. unsubscribe requests will be processed within 10 business days.

If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected, we will take the steps to remove that information. California residents under 16 are subject to additional protections described in Section 9.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable federal privacy laws and the laws of the state and county in which The Dude Club is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
